How dirty minded are you?

Doing a facebook survey and it has some pretty interesting pictures to test how dirty your mind is....

What was the first thing you noticed on this pic? For me it was the lack of arms, then the next obvious thing : the breasts...

Now, the best one which fooled me COMPLETELY.... I totally did not notice the real objective of the picture till 30 secs later.. -.- How long did it take you to realize it?
